All orders are shipped directly from Anaheim, CA via USPS or UPS. Our shipment process generally takes 5-7 business days. Please note that STATTON ATHLETICS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered according to USPS/UPS tracking. If you feel your location is unsafe for delivery, please contact us as soon as your order is placed to require a signature for the delivery of your package. Packages that require a signature will not be delivered unless someone in your household signs for it.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Most items purchased from STATTON ATHLETICS are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of order delivery. Click here to download our returns and exchanges form. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with no signs of make up or pet hair in order to be eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. The original shipping fee for a returned item is non-refundable.
STATTON ATHLETICS offers size exchanges for same items within 14 days of order delivery, contingent on the new desired size being in stock when your exchange is processed. You can note the new size you want in the Exchange Size column on our returns form. If we do not have the desired size in stock when we process your exchange, we will process a return instead.
HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
1. Print out the return/exchange form and indicate whether you are returning or exchanging the item(s).
2. For exchanges, please indicate the new desired size.
3. Re-pack your item(s) in the bag or box you received them in or in your own packaging, removing any existing shipping labels.
